That's a good question. One thing I would like to see more is how to install captcha scripts. Most sites are very vague or assume people understand PHP. I finally had to get help installing mine on 2create. I get a lot of emails about this from other Webmasters and it's something that everyone with a contact form needs these days with all the bot spam.
As far as providing CSS templates, I would add comments in your templates. When I offered that template for my SBI! site I got so many emails from people thanking me for commenting in the template so people who were not as familiar with CSS could learn how to apply it.
Those are 2 things I can think of off the top of my head. If I think of more I'll post again.
