Default Cook Your Dinner!

Hey, for what it's worth I would suggest that the domain name you have and what said you want to achieve could easily be looked at as a "niche." And maybe a pretty good one, too.

I know lots of folks who rarely eat at home, largely because they either don't know how to cook or don't think they have time. Look at the success of Rachel Ray's "30 minute meals."

There are several ways to narrow the focus without having to narrow the content or name too much, just the emphasis or tone. And by focusing on something like helping people develop confidence in cooking or something like that you help people feel better about the subject, and themselves, so they would enjoy coming back time after time for the emotional life.
