Lisa Thank you so much AGAIN! I was freaked out by what I pulled up when running the recipe search but I can definately see where making a smaller niche would benefit me, I love COOKING all kinds of food so I was hoping to do it all but I will just have to figure out what I like to cook the most and go with that for now

Thank you for this advice as well, I am more of the do it now person who gets frustrated when I cannot have things booming at the beggining, as you can see I have bought my domain and bought hosting but I am studying how to make my website easiest to read and navigate before I create my layout and continue on with the rest of the steps you suggested! I love this site!
