I've been reading a lot about them in the SBI forums, and lots of people are starting to use includes for absolutely everything that is not page specific. I've been thinking about doing this just in case I ever want to change my overall look & feel, but I'm not quite sure how to set that up.
As for now, I'm just using includes for my navbar and a few affiliate ads for my sidebar.
