I think you should go by what the preview mode is in SBI!. Based on some things you've posted previously about Komposer, I'm not sure it is very reliable with coding.
To be honest, I did all my previewing in Dreamweaver and didn't use SBI!'s preview tool. Thinking back, not sure why I didn't. But that would make me nervous if you are seeing different results.
Does Komposer allow you to preview your site in an actual browser instead of their software?
