Hmm, I think you need to have a domain to have that page on the web. I do not think there is a way around it. However, if you buy a .info domain through GoDaddy, they are on sale for $2.99, so it won't set you back too much

Just out of curiosity, though, why did you subscribe to 1&1 hosting if you didn't plan on having a website?
