I'm here to back up what Lisa's saying.

I actually did take a refund once (way back in the dark ages WAY before all the incredibly cool stuff SBI has now), and I've found Ken and all associated with SiteSell (the company that created SBI hosting/tools) to be 100% on the up and up.

I'm not associated or affiliated with SBI as an employee or anything (I'm an affiliate and SBI member) - but I'm passing my message to you to let you know that going with SBI is a great way to get online with some of the best people/the best company around.

Actually, my guess would be that most who join SBI and really make a go of it don't ask for a refund - it's THAT good (as well as that there's a TON of support and backup available to you INCLUDED with your subscription fee).
