Ava, I know Ken personally and you would never have any problems with the refund. If you do let me know and I'll get on the phone to him. LOL But seriously, they do honor that guarantee to the letter and I've never heard of anyone having a problem with refunds. SiteSell's has an awesome reputation online and they wouldn't jeopardize it. Not to mention, they're just good, ethical people.
